Green-tech is 'on guard'

Phase one of the planting covered a 600m length of pathway with 560 man hours clocked up preparing the site for planting. The whole project included jobs such as fence repairs, digging trenches, installing a power substation and new gate,s even before the volunteers could move in with their forks and spades to help break up the soil and remove roots and debris.
