gtCoir Logs Rolls

The gtCoir Logs Rolls are a cost-effective solution and an excellent technique for establishing marginal vegetation around lake edges, streams and river banks. Compressed coir fibre encased in a woven polyethylene or coir netting. Can be supplied pre-established with UK native species or unplanted.

Bio gtCoir Log Rolls are designed to help reduce and control erosion along water course edges, such as rivers and lakes. The coir logs provide a barrier to be built up against in the water environments and allow for vegetation, grasses or stone to fill in the river or lake bank eroding away. Coir logs are an organic living revetment that provide erosion control and rapid vegetation establishment. gtCoir logs are manufactured using virgin mattress type coir fibre, they are machine filled in order to maintain a consistent density of coir fibre.
