If you wish to repair a broken pipe, we suggest you use the REPAIR COUPLER instead (the plain coupler has stoppers inside it to help ensure each end is the right distance inside the fitting; the Repair coupler does not have these so it is much easier to install into a broken pipe under the ground).
Material: Polypropylene (PP)
Connection: compression; tighten the blue nut over the top of the pipe. An o-ring inside the fitting prevents water & pressure from escaping.
