Tree Shelter Collection and Recycling Programme
The UK’s first flat-rate tree shelter collection and recycling programme. A cost-effective solution, ensuring responsible disposal is within reach for every single project. Run in conjunction with the UK’s leading tree shelter manufacturer, Tubex, this ever-growing programme has been created to benefit the client, contractor and the environment all in one. This initiative is designed to prevent plastic waste, by ensuring responsible disposal of their tree shelters, while recycling them into new shelters – closing the loop
1. Plant: protect your saplings with our Tubex tree shelters and contact us to join the programme
2. Remove: place an order for the required number of bulk bags, remove the used tree shelters and fill the bags
3. Collect: once the bags are filled, contact us to arrange collection, and we will go pick them up for you
4. Recycle: the collected tree shelters will be taken to Tubex’s sister recycling plant where they will be sorted, cleaned and reprocessed into recycled plastic pellets to produce new Tubex tree shelters
A minimum of 6 bulk bags can be collected. A bulk bag holds approximately 350 – 400 1.2m tree shelters nested.
