John Chamber Impact Seasonal Annuals Wildflower Seed Mix is from the Impact range offering wildflower seeds of vibrant and colourful wildflower seed mixes that will become a feature of any landscaping project. The Impact range is designed to complement urban landscapes and especially wildflower areas that appear within hard landscaped projects. The John Chamber Impact Seasonal Annuals Wildflower Seed Mix provide an excellent balance of colour, height and flowering periods ensuring the seed supplied will live up to expectations and this mix is excellent for autumn sowing for early flowering, Spring sow for late flowering (or both).

With the ability to flower twice in a year, the seasonal flower mix offers a variety of colourful flowers in spring, and again if cut back after sowing.

Wildflower Site Preparation

The site should be weed free. Annual weeds should be controlled by mechanical means or by the use of contact based herbicide. Perennial weeds, for example docks thistle, nettles and couch grass can be dealt with using a translocated herbicide such as Round-Up. Cultivate to achieve a fine seed bed, sow seed mix and then roll to ensure firmness. The best results are obtained when there is good contact between the soil and the seeds.
