Pallet Offload is required when ordering large quantities of items or multiple heavy items. Such as: 4 or more bags of Compost, Grass Seed, Fertiliser, large volume of stakes or tree tubes. These will be sent on pallets and need offload on site or require the pallet offload charge. Please select this option when ordering any of the above quantities.

For small orders or rolls of terram you do not require a pallet offload as we will use our parcel courier system to dispatch your order.
