What is your favourite thing about working at Green-tech and how long have you worked here?

I’ve worked at Green-tech for just over 3 years, having joined the team for twelve months temporarily! My favorite thing about Green-tech has to be the people I work with. They’re a very diverse group, and great fun to work with!

What made you want to work in the landscaping industry?

I hadn’t actually planned on working in this industry. I was approached by Rachel Kay to join the team, and haven’t looked back since.

What is your favourite memory at Green-tech?

My favorite memory would be my first Christmas party with the team… They made my husband and I so very welcome. Some great pictures were taken during that evening.

Where would you say is a dream holiday destination for you?

Anywhere in the world, as long as its sailing….

Who is your role model or inspiration?

I’d have to say my mother, who is sadly no longer with us. Always said it how it was, feisty, and passionate about life, and extremely wise.

What is your favourite landscaping show or event that you have attended?

As I am the company credit controller, I have never had the opportunity to attend any events… Yet!

How do you like to spend your free time?

I spend my free time working on my own business… We have invented an easy clean cafetiere called Degono. So any spare time I get, I work on that.

Name 3 dream dinner guests?

Oliver Reed, Donald Trump & my husband, if only for his politics!

If you were stuck on a desert island what 3 objects would you take with you?

Oh that would have to be Gin, my phone, and a solar charger!

Which do you prefer- Rural or urban landscapes?

Being a city girl, it would have to be urban… Some of the work I have seen our customers achieve in the city is amazing!

What is your favourite project that Green-tech have been involved in?

Too many to list!

Who is the funniest person at Green-tech?

I’d probably have to say Laura Darlow (Lau) a pleasure to work with… Although we have a good laugh as a team!
