What is your favourite thing about working at Green-tech and how long have you worked here?
I am just coming up on a year at the end of this month and my favourite thing about working at Green-tech so far is the work environment, the people I work with and the work events.
What made you want to work in the landscaping industry?
It was never the plan, but I’m happy I have ended up in such a welcoming and interesting industry.
What is your favourite memory at Green-tech?
It would be one of the company events, the meal out in Harrogate then to the Den for some drinks and live music was a great one. Looking forward to the next one in August I’m sure it will be a good laugh!
Where would you say is a dream holiday destination for you?
I have always wanted to snowboard in both Canada and Japan for winter holidays! But I would also quite like to do Route 66 one day, either on a Harley Davidson or in a proper American muscle car.
Who is your role model or inspiration?
My friends and family.
How do you like to spend your free time?
With my wife, watching bingeworthy TV series, fly fishing or in the garden ideally with a BBQ friends/family and a few drinks in the sun (weather permitting)!
Name 3 dream dinner guests?
Three of my all-time favourite musicians (Slash, Dave Grohl and Cory Taylor).
If you were stuck on a desert island what 3 objects would you take with you?
I would probably go practical with this one. A knife, a flint for lighting fires and a bucket of jungle formula (The Lake District last week was bad enough for midges!)
Which do you prefer- Rural or urban landscapes?
Rural, I have always lived in the countryside since I was a child and hope I always will. The only exception was when I was at university, safe to say I came straight back when I was done with my dissertation!
Who is the funniest person at Green-tech?
Difficult to pick only one person, but JP and Seb are always a good laugh.
