What is your favorite thing about working at Green-tech and how long have you worked here?

I’ve worked at Green-tech for 8 years. My favorite thing about working at Green-tech is the people, I’m lucky enough to have gained lots of great friends at work.

What made you want to work in the landscaping industry?

I fell upon it to be honest, I was working at a local pub where my manager of 8 years used to drink. I heard about a job going in sales going at Green-tech and applied for it.

What is your favorite memory at Green-tech?

My favorite memory at Green-tech was when I first attended the BALI Awards. I’d only ever been to London once prior to attending and couldn’t believe the scale of the event, how flash the venue was and how amazing our industry is.

Where would you say is a dream holiday destination for you?

The Maldives, I would love to rent an island, have a butler, chill out and snorkel.

Who is your role model or inspiration?

My family, through thick and thin everyone pulls together and supports one another.

What is your favourite landscaping show or event that you have attended?

Futurescape, the show is well directed towards contractors which is great as you see lots of customers walk through the door you may not have seen in a while.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I like to spend my spare time with my partner Beth, my 11 month old Cockerpoo, on the golf course and playing cricket with mates.

Name 3 dream dinner guests?

Steven Gerrard, Freddie Flintoff and Tiger Woods.

If you were stuck on a desert island what 3 objects would you take with you?

Knife, tennis ball, watch.

Which do you prefer- Rural or urban landscapes?

Urban

What is your favourite project that Green-tech have been involved in?

Teeside Park - the job was great, it went on for almost two years and we supplied a wide range of products. Logistically it was challenging as all deliveries had to be in before 9:00am as the site was live and phased off.
