What is your favourite thing about working at Green-tech and how long have you worked here?

I started at Green-tech in April 2017 – the time has absolutely flown by and that’s all because of the people… always laughing!

What made you want to work in the landscaping industry?

It wasn’t the industry I expected to be in but I’ve worked up from an Apprentice to a Marketing Executive doing a Degree Apprenticeship. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and the more I learn about the industry and the more people I meet, the more I love it.

What is your favourite memory at Green-tech?

Camp Hill – it was a great day and a fab social although I definitely got too competitive…

Where would you say is a dream holiday destination for you?

At this rate… my dream holiday is anywhere with sunshine, waterparks, cocktails and good food!

Who is your role model or inspiration?

I’d say my mum, we are a mirror of each other so we always understand everything we go through. She keeps me on the straight and narrow and she’s just an all-round legend.

What is your favourite landscaping show or event that you have attended?

The ProLandscaper Business Awards in July – it was the first outing I had after the pandemic and it was so nice to be out and about.

How do you like to spend your free time?

A lot of my free time is dog walking, food and being with my family, partner and friends. I also like a good sing song in the kitchen…

Name 3 dream dinner guests?

Zendaya, Daniel Sturridge, Zac Efron…

If you were stuck on a desert island what 3 objects would you take with you?

My dog, a hammock and fluffy pyjamas – I’m all about being cosy.

Which do you prefer- Rural or urban landscapes?

Although I’m all about the countryside, urban landscapes evolve right infront of your eyes. Plus the benefits they bring are a no brainer in my eyes.

What is your favourite project that Green-tech have been involved in?

Green Roof projects appeal to me the most – I think Maggies Centre, Leeds or Hiscox, York as they’re stunning and nearby!

Who is the funniest person at Green-tech?

Not a person but Team Marketing always have a good giggle, I can’t single one of them out… I’d be in the bad books!
