What is your favourite thing about working at Green-tech and how long have you worked here?

My favorite thing about working at Green-tech would probably be the people and the variety of the job role. I recently went on my first site visits to see some of my clients, which was lot of fun and a great experience.

What made you want to work in the landscaping industry?

I've worked on and off in the industry since my first year at uni before Green-tech which I think was about 4 years ago, as I was a gardener through the summers when I wasn't studying. Originally, I joined the industry because I liked being outdoors and wanted to work outside but that doesn't seem to have gone to plan! I actually joined Green-tech more by chance as I came in for an interview and induction and I liked the people and the business, I guess I just can't get away from landscaping.

What is your favourite memory at Green-tech?

Probably the charity curry day as I got a lot of great feedback on my cooking skills for a meal my mum made and we made a good amount of money for charity which is always good. All jokes aside I was instrumental in making that curry.

Where would you say is a dream holiday destination for you?

Anywhere really I'm just a big fan of travelling, mainly to places I've never been as I love checking out areas/countries I would of never imagined I would have visited. Maybe Japan or South Korea as they're very different to places I've visited before.

Who is your role model or inspiration?

I've probably got a few but I've never really sat down and thought about it. I would say my gran as she's been through a lot of adversity and change in her life, but always took on the challenge and stayed positive throughout.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I'm big into my sport, mainly football, but I will/have played most sports. I also love to travel when I can and chilling out with my family and friends is one of my favourite things to do.

Name 3 dream dinner guests?

Probably people that are wild or who have seen a lot as I reckon it would make it a lot more interesting. I'd go for Dennis Rodman, Quentin Tarantino and definitely Ian Wright because he's a legend.

Which do you prefer- Rural or urban landscapes?

I like both to be honest, I feel like if I have too much of one then I want to be in the other if that makes sense. I like a balance, they definitely both have their benefits.

Who is the funniest person at Green-tech?

There's definitely a fair few that crack me up and the office can be a very funny environment, but I refuse to stroke any egos on this one.
